Hot tub's date back to 400 BC in Greece using hot stones to keep the water heated. Cultures around the world have created their own version's of hot tubs. They have many wonderful benefits, such as: stress and anxiety reduction by improving the mental state through relaxation, ease's muscle pain, tightness and sore joints, improve's circulation, increases metabolism and enhances sleep.
